We can make your Sand Cores

Sand core manufacturing is part of our business.  We have over 20 years experience manufacturing sand cores for the foundry industry.  DBA Cores offers cores made in Carbophen Coldbox, Shell and Airset Sand.  We have two Coldbox Redford R16 blowers, one Shell R43 blower, one Coldbox R43 blower and one Dumpbox Station. If we can't make your core on one of our automated machines, we can do it with our Airset process.


We serve Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucy, Wisconsin and Iowa, but we can ship cores anywhere in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
